I would like to thank you for the superb professional
job you did for me and my business. You suggested the absolute right
system to replace the old out dated and costly system I had. The
building definitely cools much better and my monthly cooling bill is
quite lower. I also appreciate the courtesy of keeping me informed
on when you would arrive to complete the job. I would recommend

We would

promised to be here. If for any reason he could not make
the appointment he always called with an explanation, which
was always beyond his control.
If there was a problem he was persistent in solving it. He
has also called back after completion of the job to make

As a
small business owner facing higher taxes, energy, shipping and

My home was built in the early sixties and equipped
with an electric furnace. A central air
conditioning unit was added in the early nineties
and tied into the existing ductwork. The
system stopped working in 2007 and I had Jeff Helms
replace it with a heat pump. Jeff also
recommended I replace the old sheet metal ductwork
with more up-to-date insulated ductwork.
When I received my first
electric bill, I thought the power company had made
a mistake. I still can't believe how much less
money I'm paying each month for electricity and my
home is much more comfortable than ever before.
Jeff and his crew installed my
new heat pump and ductwork in just one day and at
the price he quoted up front. They also
cleaned up all the debris and hauled away the old
unit and ductwork. I'd have to say, "It was a
pleasant experience with a very happy ending."

I added an addition to my home and contacted Jeff
Helms to run the necessary ductwork and also change
out my 10-SEER Trane Heat Pump to a 15-SEER Goodman
Heat Pump to accommodate the additional rooms.
Quite naturally, since I
was cooling an additional 600 square feet of living
space, I expected my electric bill to jump – and it
did. But, to my surprise it went down – not up.
My electric bill for July
2008 was $51 less than my electric bill for July
2007. I used one-third less energy for cooling and
I was cooling one-third more space. Just
unbelievable! I’m impressed!
I would encourage anyone reading this – listen to
Jeff – go with the highest SEER rating possible and
go with
Goodman. This unit runs so quiet; I have to
raise my window to hear it running. |

Best value for the money HVAC service that I was
able to find for South Charlotte. Jeff gave me a
very competitive and professionally outlined quote
in writing. Was able to schedule installation of a
complete new HVAC system on a very short notice.
The work was carried out to a high standard -
quickly, clean and completely up to our
satisfaction. Jeff himself was very accessible,

I wanted to say thank you again for installing the
new air conditioning and heating system at my house
last week. While it has been so extremely hot
outdoors, my house is now cold and comfortable - my
daughter and I couldn't be more happy! I had done
my research and had other companies come out for
estimates, and it was your company that provided me

crew did installing our new air conditioning and
heating system as well as the two attic exhaust
fans. The a/c system and attic fans worked great
through the last part of August when the heat was so
intolerable. Yesterday we experienced our first
cool day of the season and I turned on the
