Waiting for summer heat to

Mind you, I am not referring to someone with a Freon
card issued by the EPA, working out of a car trunk and
needing money up front to get his tools out of pawn -

Carolina. So, here's my offer - get yourself two,
three, four or more legitimate estimates and give me a
